The day starts with an hour in Sorrento. Positano gets a 15-minute terrace photo stop before 2 hours at Pompeii. City entry and return to Naples port are included; meals cost extra.

The included city ticket doesn't cover the Villa of the Mysteries. There's no live Pompeii guide on this option. The separate guide option joins a walk with an archaeologist and up to 20 people.
